See it running before you decide anything
Tell us about your facility and we will take your team through the system on screen: a patient from registration to consultation, an empanelment with its First Patient Encounter, and the capitation register that sets what the facility's own records say it has earned against what it has been paid.
Tell us about the facility
The more we know beforehand, the less of the session is spent on orientation. Nothing here is a commitment.
How the session runs
One patient, end to end
Registration and consent, queue, vitals, the midwife and doctor workstations, prescribing with its allergy and interaction checks, then pharmacy and laboratory.
Empanelment and the First Patient Encounter
The YAKAP empanelment and the screening form behind it โ the two acts that actually earn Konsulta capitation.
The capitation register
Members empanelled, encounters completed, who is blocked and why, and the money the facility sits one First Patient Encounter away from earning. The register reconciles the facility's own records against the payment advices your staff enter by hand; it does not transmit anything to PhilHealth. The rate is the one you supply, from the circular you cite.

Read it first
The clinic workflow guide walks through a day in the clinic desk by desk. Or start with how capitation is earned or what deployment involves.
