Patient app
eMRCare for residents, on their own phone
A resident signs in with the citizen code and PIN their health unit gave them and sees their own record, the advisories sent to their barangay, their QR card for the clinic, and can join a video consultation — without having to be at the counter to ask.

The SHA-256 lets you check the file you received is the one published here: a different value means the download was damaged or altered and should not be installed.
Installing it
The app is installed from this file rather than from an app store, so Android asks for a few confirmations the first time.
- Open this page on the phone and download the file.
- Open the downloaded file. If Android says your browser is not allowed to install apps, choose Settings and allow it for this one install.
- If Play Protect says it does not recognise the app, choose Install anyway. It has not been through an app store's review; that is what the message means.
- Open eMRCare and sign in with your citizen code and PIN.
What is in it
- Your record, as your health unit holds it
- Advisories sent to your barangay
- Your QR card, to be scanned at the clinic
- Video consultation with your health unit's staff
The app talks to your health unit's eMRCare server over HTTPS. If yours is at a different address from the default, it can be changed in the app under Server URLs. Sign-in details come from the health unit — this site does not issue them.
